I respectfully disagree. I grew up in the inner city and it happened all the time. I am now 67 and still have tension when I see a group of teenagers approach me.

you don't have to grow up in the inner city to sense fear when certain people are in the vicinity...

we learn from an early age....no one has to tell us....that there are evil,animalistic people on this earth...

this crap must stop....parents must defend their children even if it means going to jail themselves...because the govt don't care..
