Mark, and let's be clear about Gallup...doesn't Gallup, in an effort to keep the Idiot's numbers high, survey "adults"--not "voters" or "registered" or "likely" voters?

That's my understanding too. And that is the reason why I encourage folks to look at the trend and not at the specific numbers...the trend is basically identical to Rasmussen's trend.

What will be interesting to me is to see if other polls trend the same way as these two trend.
