As far as I am concerned, Presidential executive orders, in general, are unconstitutional....whereas they venture outside the juridiction of the executive branch.
OK I think I was thinking to small. If this does give complete autonomy and secrecy to a foreign agency against American Citizens on American soil, how is that not yet an impeachable offense?
Isn’t it high treason against ‘We the People’?
Seems worse than joining the World Court - at least there is a trial involved there...
not that I in any way want to be a part of the World Court.
