I left AARP and did it with a very nasty letter. I still am getting mail from them as if nothing has changed. It all goes straight into the garbage. They wont miss a few people like me BUT when the number gets large enough, watch them wake up.

Take their postage free envelope, fill it completely full of whatever you want, and drop it in the mail. After doing this a number of times, aarp quit sending me anything.
