I understand the sentiment. What I was alluding to was a communications network with the capacity to sign up and activate tens of millions of Americans without them being targeted before the CD happened.
Put it this way, the American men and women who supported and fought in the American Revolution needed to have a clandestine means of communication for organizing. They were at risk not only of British soldiers but loyalist Americans as well.
In order to organize in numbers, the members must be cloaked. Then the battles must be chosen to achieve the maximum impact. I can’t suggest here what those battles could be, but you get the idea.

They had to operate clandestinely because they had no Constitution to support their cause! We have one! Not only don't we need to suppress our support for it, we shouldn't otherwise we become of the mindset we are in the minority! We are the majority! Why is this so heard for people to understand? It truly is amazing the defeatist attitude I encounter whenever this type of discussion arises. It reflects how much socialism has been embedded in people's heads!

Tell that to the tea party organizers, the 9/12 project, Tea Party Nation, Tea Party Patriots, Patriotic Resistance etc... because they aren't doing what you suggest but somehow membership is growing by leaps and bounds.
