I've never noticed it until I saw the picture of Michelle that you posted, but I see that she is wearing a small bolero jacket over her dress. I knew that the original dress was sleeveless , but heretofore I thought she had modified it by actually adding sleeves to the design. It does seem however that Michelle's version has a larger amount of red above and below the black in the middle as well as a different neckline.

I agree, she wears expensive designer clothes but has no clue about when she should wear which outfit. Earlier in the year she were a floral dress and brightly colored pumps to a memorial service for a slain soldier. Not just in appropriate, but disrespectful.

Problem is, these threads never stay on just the ‘appropriateness’ issue. They always veer into comments about how she looks and can get really nasty.
