They would “advertise” the BMT stores, where you could buy a half loaf of bread, a quart of milk, and a roll of toilet paper for $29.95 - seven locations around the Beltway.

Too funny about the BMT stores, but it’s accurate! Personally, I was more inclined to stock up at the liquor store than Giant.
