You are so lucky to have escaped this awful state. I CANNOT wait until I can change my nickname to Ann de TX or Ann de TN. Illinois is just oppresive.

When we left, I felt like I was 50 pounds lighter.
I love it here in northern ‘bama. People are great, food is great, weather is great, politics is MUCH better( although how could it be any worse than Illinois?) 2 great republican senators and a good governor- what’s not to like?
Flee Illinois as soon as you are able!
