Give me a frickin’ break. The Police have probable cause to pull over any motorist any time. Broken tail light. (It’ll be broken by the time your car is impounded) Also, if you have any cash on you and/or a nice watch you can kiss them goodbye. They will never show up on your property list.
It happens every day in communities across the nation. The Judge wan angling for a Lewinsky.

'Even her mugshot screams Not Guilty! " That has to be the best set of mugshots in the history of mugshots. I've seen professional head-shots not look that good.

I am with holding fianl judgement until I can review some full frontal not guilty I'm going with Not guilty with footnotes.
She's certainly not guilty but a google image search on her brings up some evidence that while not incriminating, is certainly troubling. I'm reminded of lumpy mashed potatoes for some reason.
