Sounds like your's toots - why would you let your child play near walkways?

It’s fully the mother’s fault. Here’s hoping the mall’s video camera of her not watching her son is introduced into evidence. Of course it’ll be claimed the mall didn’t have a sign up in English, Spanish, French, Iranian, and a half dozen other languages not to let your kid run wild all over the building.
