“”Americans must really be stupid if they have grown to accept politicians using OUR money to bribe other politicians to vote for bills that will destroy the nation””

It’s always been done but WHY is it so out in the open now??? Just another thumb in our eye??? There aren’t any words left in our language to describe these despicable persons - they’re not human!

Yes it has always been done. But now it is the size that matters.

Senators have always received goodies for their votes. But those goodies may have cost a million or so dollars. Now the Senate whores are demanding billions for their services.

It's moved even beyond that. The government doesn't need our tax money anymore to do what they want. They simply print more money.

That's why I don't understand all this bribing business. They don't have the money anyway. It's just vaporware at this point. Debt piled on top of more debt that will NEVER be repaid. The 'Rats are bribing each other with Monopoly money.

I thought I remembered correctly:

11/24/2009 “MONTPELIER – U.S. Sen. Bernard Sanders drew a line in the sand on health care reform this weekend, saying he will not vote for a bill that does not include a public health insurance option.”

Anybody heard from Bernie lately?

Unfortunately they don't have to abide by it. Not as long as nothing challenges them, or they can find political hacks in blacks robes who agree with them on whatever the issue might.

It’s not about whether the Senator is a whore. They’re just haggling over price.

I wish I was wrong about this, but there it is.

He'll vote for it regardless of what's in it at present. Those items "bargained" away will find their way back in later, and I'm sure he's been promised as such.

What makes you think that the (R) is any different? The GOP is loving this. The dems are taking all the heat for passing bills the GOP also wants but they get to play the roll of the ‘resistance’.

Bull crap. Rs do not want this....they may be weak kneed at times, but they do NOT want this garbage.

I heard Rush talking about this, but I was running around doing odd jobs around the house.

I got the impression that White Hut officials had threatened to close the bases if they didn’t get the vote from him.

I am very disturbed by that, that they would make threats of that nature.

They are sociopaths.

At some point, I’d think the American people would’ve had enough. What will it take to get the MSM to cover these outrages?

Using the taxpayers’ money to bribe a Senator to vote for something that will only help Democratic members of Congress. Utterly disgusting, and excellent evidence of the corruption that exists in our government.
