So, comparing the model used in 2007, projecting arctic to be ice-free in 2013, to sea ice in 2009 the Russian/US arctic "low-levels" have now refrozen.

It looks like some areas in North America have grown smaller, but large areas in the northern asian continent have covered up in ice.
Does AlGore just see the North American continent?
