I understand the need and effort to maintain some level of conservative purity and decorum on these threads. I understand the "Night of the Long Knives" like purge of the Darwin Central instigators, but how can anyone defend this post (2282) as being pro-God, pro-Creator, pro-Life, pro-Liberty, pro-Christian, pro-conservative values, and pro-religious freedom?
No one needs to claim that a double standard exists, all one needs to do is point to this and the conclusion is obvious. I am embarrassed for WVKayaker, Free Republic and those who have chosen to turn a blind eye to this.
Sorry, I've been on the road today. Why should you be embarrassed for me? It's my OPINION. In case you haven't noticed, there are lots of people who don't think the sun only rises on Rome. Jesus died for us all, and He didn't walk around in gilt and gaudy regalia. God chose to be like the common guy, and went in to have a drink with the boys occasionally. The pious attacked Him for frequenting those places, and hanging our with those folk. He made it pretty clear what His mission had to be.
