No mention that the El Nino is forecast to come to a close in the Pacific just using the word warmer temps. I belong to many hurricane forums and they are the biggest global warming hypers you can ever come across. I have storm chased plenty and have been in a dozen + canes. El Nino is the reason as it always is.
But to them? It's all about the melting polar caps. I swear it's like they sit and watch The Day After Tomorrow around the clock.

I predict the number of hurricanes that will hit Colorado is zero.

Here are my predictions for the 2010 hurricane Season.
We will have 10 named storms. If we have less than 10 then we will have 9 or fewer named storms and if we have more than 10 we will have at least 11 named storms if not more.
The United States mainland will be hit with at least one major hurricane unless it is hit with minor ones only or none at all. If that occurs no major storm will hit the main land. However, if the mainland is hit by more than one major hurricane then it will be hit with at least two, possibly more if there are more than two that hit.
The season will see above average activity unless the activity is average or below average.
Those are my predictions, I base my data on both my years on the coast and the fact I can fog a mirror.
I stand by these predictions.

So, this means that when their predictions fail next season, it will be “UNEXPECTED”.

You know that they figure if the keep throwing this $hit against the wall every year, sooner or later it will be "above average" and they can yell "WE TOLD YOU SO!!!".
Science is intriguing...scientists are idiots..

They said that the last season would be more active than it turned out. It's nothing more than voodoo!

LOL, isn’t this like the 4th time they have said this? Eventually they will be right!
BTW-can anyone remember 1 storm this year? Think back the last 3-4 months-can you remember even 1 reporter standing in the wind and rain yelling loud to be heard as boarded windows were in the background?

"Above Average" everything is always predicted, and never manifests by "experts" who seem to live in a constant state of amazement.
According to the Goregasm, we should be having about 400 cat 5 hurricanes every year by now.
