I’d rather we keep talking about his policies. I’m less worried about the possibility of him being a closet Kenyan than I am about him being an open socialist.
In fact, maybe I’m being paranoid, but it seems to me that these “birth certificate” stories always pop back up whenever there’s some major Obama initiative on the horizon (socialized medicine, greenhouse gases, etc.) that the administration doesn’t want to see opposed. It’s almost as if SOMEONE is trying to distract us during pasasage of these socialist power grabs with the never ending birth certificate controversy.
People ask “why doesn’t he just release it” and I wonder if maybe he doesn’t because it distracts a sizeable chunk of his activist opposition to not do so.
Getting to the truth about Obama’s birth certificate ends all worry about his policies.
He’s making yet another speech tomorrow; perhaps we’re all supposed to get hyper on either side of the issue and not notice what he’s going to say.
On February 27th, speaking to Kristof of The New York Times, Barack Hussein Obama said the Muslim call to prayer is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”
In an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, Mr. Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, “with a first-class [Arabic] accent.” The opening lines of the Adhan (Azaan) is the Shahada:
“Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that Muhammad is his prophet?”
According to Islamic scholars, reciting the Shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith, makes one a Muslim. This simple yet profound statement expresses a Muslim’s complete acceptance of, and total commitment to, the message of Islam. Obama chanted it with pride and finesse.

I'll have to do some more research but we are aware of the Hawaiian state official that said, to the effect, that she had viewed obama's birth certificate and that it was on file.

So the original exists, then it was destroyed and then it wasn't. Why not just show it?
He just declared that CO2 is a pollutant and that means that, legally, the EPA can regulate anything that generates it (which includes human beings). I’m sure he’d rather conservatives be obsessing over his birth certificate than that.

Of course, there ARE fake birth certificates so, in actuality, there also is no myth.
At least they admit their bias in the first sentence by referring to the issue as a myth.

What it boils down to, to me, is the fact that BO spent over a million dollars to avoid having to show the birth certificate. There is something on that BC he doesn't want anyone to see, and I'd love to know what it is.

Distraction. If he produced the BC, then people might start paying more attention to the fact he's a Marxist.
Better than depending on lossy JPG’s and internet cranks to determine that it’s fake.
Few doubt the possibility of The Anointed One's birth in Hawaii. But that wouldn't make him a "Natural Born Citizen."
Both parents have to be American citizens for that to occur.
The article does show that:
(1) The MSM belong to Obama
(2)Team Obama's multi-million dollar legal machinations and PR campaign have born fruit. Not even Obama claims he is a "Natural Born Citizen." But he does want you to believe a "Native Born Citizen" is just as good for his purposes.
(3)Millions of Americans are now just too goddam stupid to realize that "Native" and "Natural" are two different words and two different kinds of citizen, with only the latter eligible to run for POTUS.
