We're going to have to resort to an armed guard in every convenience store like they used to have in the old west gambling houses.

Big, burly, mean-looking guy, sitting in an elevated chair for a full view of the store, with a 12-gauge automatic shotgun in his lap, and a .357 magnum on his hip.

Cameras everywhere, at every angle, and a big sign - in English and Spanish - saying "ATTEMPTED ROBBERS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT - NO EXCEPTIONS".

Maybe a little overboard, but as the level of violence ramps up, we will eventually have to resort to these measures to stop it...it's a guaranteed fact!
