At no time does she ever attribute that viewpoint to anyone other than herself. It's a disgusting viewpoint, which should never be adhered to anywhere by anyone, much less on Free Republic by Freepers.

No she does not. She goes on to talk about mal-nutrition, child exploitation and neglect, prostitution, ill-health of mothers, crime ... all outcomes of poverty ... none of which she is advocating.
