So when Obama claims he’s uncomfortable with white people, to the point of calling his grandmother “a typical white person”, he’s lauded for being bold for revealing his troubled heart.
Yet, when an un-sourced quote is attributed to Palin’s father about her allegedly being uncomfortable around Asians when she was 18 years old, she’s a racist who must be destroyed?

Furthermore, if true, wouldn't one reasonably assume that she, like most people, naturally matured as her horizon's were broadened from that long-ago 18 year old? Being "uncomfortable" around strange people in a strange environment isn't unusual, even for liberals. Given the totality of the circumstances, the quote is relatively honest and harmless if true.
But then, I guess only liberals are allowed a maturing process. The rest of us are just backwards, leery, hateful types.
