Obama will try to sign a treaty in Copenhagen...

For the, at least, hundredth time, -12nobama will NOT "sign a treaty in Copenhagen." He can't. The only way he can sign a treaty is if it is first ratified by a 2/3 vote in Congress. And that ain't gonna happen.

nobama does not need to go to Copenhagen. But he'll waste a whole bunch of taxpayers dollars getting his arrogant, narcissistic self flown over there.

Actually, the president can sign a treaty before the Senate votes on it; it’s the usual way.

As an example: Clinton signed Kyoto, then the (Democratically controlled) Senate voted 95-0 against it. Somehow, though, that’s George W. Bush’s fault...
