This list is by no means complete. There are a lot of verses in various parts of the Bible that make reference to different aspects of the natural world.
The health standards for the Israelites reflect an awareness of the proper hygiene that they could not have know, even though the cause wasn't specifically addressed.
And there's no way that anyone if even coming close to pretending that we can learn about all the science we need to know through the Bible. That is just disingenuous to portray the creationist position that way.
However, in the areas where science is addressed, it is accurate and displays a knowledge of the world that the ancients did not have a way of gathering. They could not have know some of the things that they were inspired to write because the knowledge and technology just wasn't there.
So, no, there's no periodic table in the Bible, which is a ridiculous contention by those who wish to discredit it. But there is plenty of other information.

I have no problem with Bible readers or other religious people. I do have problems with people who are so engrossed in their religion they throw out all common sense. But I’m far more enraged by the holier-than-thou types who think God has given them a special place and everybody else who does not believe exactly the things they believe is condemned to that fiery lake they love to talk about so much. I thoroughly detest these people.
It’s amazing that such a scientifically sound document as the bible would get the value of pi wrong. Don’t you agree?
On another note, I hope that my physician has studied Lev 17:10 - 12 as you have quoted. Surely nothing else on the subject can complement the wisdom and healing understanding therein contained.
One question, though—isn’t Leviticus the book that directs us to buy our slaves only in the nations near us?
