This guy had a prison ministries minister who was a good friend of Huckabee who convinced the Huckster to free him because the murderer had asked for forgiveness in the name of Jesus.
As was pointed out to the ‘Soggy Bottom Boys’ in “O Brother Where Art Thou?”; God may have forgiven you, but the man still wants your a$$ in prison.
Apparently that lesson was lost on the supposed Biblical scholar Huckabee; who sought to render unto the Caesar that which was the Lord's.
