Ohhhh I'm nobody's boss, although back a couple years ago, somebody in the famous 'FR Bug Zapper Thread' labeled me the FR 'Minister of Purity', or something like that, they intended it as an insult, but I was quite tickled, lol

Thanks ol' pal, it was a quiet and relaxing day and I didn't even burn down anything with the new turkey deep fryer the wife got me for an early Christmas present (and I tried so HARD to get some fireworks going too! lol).

Deep fried turkey is great, but what do you do with all that used oil when your done cookin?
