Hubby’s Grandma got to play with her GGrandkids but she was in her 90’s. My Grandma helped me with my firstborn but died when he was 2. So the odds are against her.

Well, I’ve gone as far as I can with putting up the Christmas village. It’s all here but the sheet used as the snow. So, I’ll wait until my wife gets home. She’s the keeper of the snow, doncha know...

What’s a real shame is my father’s ex-wife was looking forward to her grandkids. She got to see the first one, a boy, but she died just 9 months later (at 52) and never got to see her granddaughter, born 9 months after her death. Ironically, her own mother was still alive, but I don’t know if she ever got to see her g-grandchildren.
