Did you click on the picture? The picture is a link to a video of Mitt Romney explaining that he is pro-abortion and will always remain pro-abortion as it is a constitutional right (in his opinion). The goal of abortion is to kill the baby. He is therefore advocating and supporting baby killing. He’s a baby killer.
