I am asking a very simple question. At what stage of the process do we make an effort to get rid of RINOs? At the primary stage or during a general election? No one will answer my question.

That's because it's a dumb question. The answer is BOTH You vote against them in the primary. If that doesn't work you vote against them, or vote 3rd party, in the general election. When Jim Rob says 'Vote them out!' He's saying 'Vote them out!. Period.
