Well, first we're going to have to have a consistent definition of a RINO. Then we have to determine when it's no more RINOs.

Does that mean we try to defeat them in primaries but if they win a primary we don't vote for them in a general election or is it still ok to vote for them in a general election?

Well, you can start with the Republican party platform. Republican office holders/seekers should fully support it. Those who push for big government, bailouts, government takeovers, government healthcare, abortion, gay rights, gun control, high taxes, big spending, amnesty, weakened national defense, foolish treaties, giving up our sovereignty, etc, etc, are RINOS and should be run out of Dodge. Above that, those who fail to honor their sworn oaths to preserve, defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States are usurpers and should also be run out of Dodge—and jailed if I had it my way!
