Cattle mutilation has been referred to by former Colorado Governor Richard Lamm as, “one of the greatest outrages in the history of western cattle industry.” There are current tests that are being done by researchers that could point a finger at who the culprit is behind what science calls bovine excision.
Over the last ten years, I have investigated many different theories of cattle mutilation. There is one theory that stands out further then all theories.
During WWII, a few of the German scientists began to do research on the soft tissue of many different types of animals. They found that the soft tissue found in most types of cattle is very similar to that of humans.
During some of the illicit and torturous experiments that were done on humans in concentration camps, some of these scientists attempted to pass bovine diseases to humans as a new type of plague research. This research never fully ended.
In 1945, the United States Government brought many German scientists to the US in a project that was called Operation Paperclip. The purpose of this program was to make sure that the knowledge of these scientists did not fall into the hands of the Soviet Union. Many of the scientists that were brought to this country were the same scientists that conducted inhumane research on prisoners in concentration camps.
Throughout the late 1940’s and all through the 1950’s, these scientists were under military watch and were instructed to work on many various projects. Some of these projects became fruitful and ended up leading to NASA, the ICBM project, and cures for various diseases. By the beginning of the Sixties, many of these scientists has been released into the general populace to work on their own projects. Even though they were considered as independent researchers, they were still semi-protected by the military.
The first reported cases of cattle mutilation in the United States were in the early 1960’s in Pennsylvania and Kansas. By the end of the decade, reports had begun to spread around the country.
During a cattle mutilation, the soft tissue and soft organs of the animal are cut out, and taken. During the first few years of reports, rough incision marks could be seen in the area surrounding where the tissue had been extracted. Today, no incision mark can be seen which leads many to believe that lasers are used in the vivisection.
In FBI agent Kenneth Rommel’s report on cattle mutilations in 1979, he stated that the mutilations had become, “more professional in nature and execution since the first report.” He concluded that the responsible party or parties had learned better techniques for covering their tracks since they had begun.
In Rommel’s report, he stated that he did believe that in most cases of mutilation, the same party had been responsible. He also noted that the military had not been very supportive of his investigation. Rommel requested that a formal investigation be made into why the military had not been more forthcoming with information. The request was denied.
During the release of the Freedom of Information Act, many of the documents that pertained to Operation Paperclip were released. The military has always held that many of the projects of the Operation would never be released. It was also made clear that certain experiments were ongoing under the guise of the military.
In 1974, a report was released by the FDA that proved that the soft tissue of cattle had the exact same reactions to high levels of radiation as human tissue. According to Rommel’s report, cattle mutilation reports jumped by 185% from 1972-1975. He never made this connection in his report. It can be easily inferred that the FDA report and escalation of reports can coincide.
Another connection that he did not make in his report was that many of the cattle mutilations at this time were done around government testing sites, or nuclear facilities. During this period of three years, only fifteen percent of cattle mutilation happened outside of a hundred miles of any government or nuclear facility.
A further look into the theory of, “protected Operation Paperclip testing,” shows up from the years of 1986-1994.
In 1986, one of the major news stories was the Chernobyl disaster. The cloud from the fallout circled the globe for at least eight years. During this period, we find that the amount of cattle mutilations skyrocketed. Previously, an average of 600 identifiable cases of cattle mutilation had been reported a year. From 1986 to 1994, over two thousand cases were reported a year.
I decided to look into this further a few years ago. Through state records of mutilations, I was able to plot the dates and locations of mutilation during this time period. There was a definite pattern that started in the Western US, and ended in the Eastern US every few months. It was a wave of mutilations that started at one end of the country, and ended on the other.
I was then able to find the path of the fallout cloud over the US. Many universities have the map of the path somewhere in their science department.
The fallout cloud did not end up over the US until the end of 1986. It would spend about two months going over the nation, and then be over non-US soil for about five months before returning.
If you were to overlay dated maps of the mutilations, and of the fallout cloud, the paths match with 97% accuracy. Only three percent of the mutilations either did not correspond in date or location.
In the years after the dissipation of the Chernobyl fallout cloud, cattle mutilation reports plummeted in the US until the turn of the millennium. Currently, the rate of around 2000 cases of cattle mutilation a year has resumed. This corresponds with the outbreaks of mad cow disease. Cattle mutilation has also since become more prevalent in France, England, and Canada. These are all locations of severe mad cow’s disease outbreaks.
The final question that is left is very easy to answer. Qui Bono? Who benefits?
If the military were to release that a protected arm of theirs were doing research on disease and radiation in cows, what would happen to the US cattle industry? A collapse of the cattle and beef industry in the US would cost taxpayers billions to support the needy farmers.
Also, questions would arise about what other types of work was being done behind the scenes. It is much easier for the military to hide behind an, “I don’t know,” then to be exposed by a, “Yes.”

Cattle Mutilations - Senseless Mutilation or High-Tech Examinations?
by Patrick Cooke
The investigation went national in April 1979, when a special investigative conference was convened in New Mexico, by Senator Harrison Schmitt, a former lunar astronaut turned politician. He expressed the futility confronting investigators when he stated, “These crimes are obviously continuing, despite the excellent efforts of state and local law enforcement officials, and the growing publicity the mutilations killings have received.” Since its first major exposure in the fall of 1973, the cattle mutilation phenomena had claimed the lives of over 10,000 head of cattle by 1979. This conference turned the federal spotlight on cattle mutilations and that opened the federal coffers. In May 1979, Kenneth Rommel, a former career FBI agent, headed the project known as “Operation Animal Mutilation. The investigation was undertaken by New Mexico’s First Judicial District, and funding came from the Justice Department’s Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. The result was The Rommel Reports. Not to anyone’s surprise, the Rommel Reports were a rubber stamp of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s conclusions. Nothing at all strange was noted, just predators and slow-witted yokels, that got over excited. One rancher even labeled the controversy “Cattlegate”, referring to an obvious government cover-up.
The National Institute for Discovery Science isn’t ready to say yes, to an other-worldly connection, yet, but they’re not throwing out the possibility, either. The privately funded research organization is conducting a serious study of the connection between cattle mutilations and UFOs.
Mutology has become a positive force by the duck and cover tactics of the official investigations and the mutology network, coalesced and began to influence public and official opinion. Linda Howe, a television journalist turned mutilations enthusiast, has authored books on the subject and produced a documentary. Howe is a prominent backer of the alien abduction theory, and became a regular on the UFO convention circuit due to her mute theories. Other mutologists are bringing the phenomenon into clearer focus and provide a needed buffer to the official whitewash. As with the UFO phenomenon our government feels that the old “keep them in the dark = keep them calm” attitude is in the best interest of the people. And with good reason, because UFOs may be the only intelligent answer we have.
Are UFOs The Answer?
Consider the questions:
* What organization on Earth has the need to butcher cattle and other large animals, remove organs, blood, and flesh at great risk, with criminal ramifications, in a clandestine manner?
* If such an organization does exist, why not obtain the animals legally at an obviously greatly reduced cost and risk?
* What group has the advanced technology to perform these operations, with world-class precision, thousands of times in remote locations, with the tons of equipment obviously required?
* What are the odds that an Earth-based organization could conduct such a massive and complicated operation from the air, without a mishap?
* Why would such an obviously well organized and highly skilled group even consider such an aerial project, in light of the safety risks and legal ramifications if apprehended, while violating federal aviation rules?
* What organization has the resources to accomplish this feat thousands of times over large areas, without detection or apprehension?
* Who can leave unidentifiable material as the only evidence at the mutilation site?
* Why do the majority of eyewitnesses claim that UFOs are present during the incidents?

ARGENTINA: Mutilations in La Pampa
By Raul Oscar Chaves (CIUFOS-LaPampa)
Translated by Scott Corrales, IHU
(c) 2007
As a fellow researcher once noted regarding ufology, this field of study does not grant a full answer to the phenomenon despite the efforts that have been carried out over the course of the decades. Why could this be? Perhaps because the phenomenon lacks any logic whatsoever, and it becomes necessary to understand this.
This opinion is the result of our experiences as field researchers and not mere speculation: the accumulation of information does not necessarily imply the understanding of knowledge, especially the comprehension of a phenomenon that is as atypical as it is illogical.
And I want to make reference here to cattle mutilations, since our experience has consisted mainly of engaging in field research in the province of La Pampa. Not having gone deeper into this research has not been due to a lack of will or ability, but rather, due to the lack of professional support, both veterinary and laboratory alike, institutions of higher learning, etc., with the exception of those who made a superlative effort to clarify the wealth of existing cases.
However, neither experts nor field researchers were convinced by the explanations offered by bureaucrats at the time, much less by childish answers that drew attention to the characteristics of the cases themselves. It was thus that the absence of the following became known:
1.Anatomical parts
2.Almost the entirety of blood (7% of the animals weight is the weight of its blood)
3.Absence of fetuses in cases of pregnancies ascertained by palpation, without detecting any labor
4.Absence of corneas
5.Absence of significant muscular groups in unopened bodies (longinis dorsis)
6.Absence of various glands
7.Visual confirmation of the nearly complete exposition of the uterus, circumstances that would ascertain the extraction/disappearance of the unborn animal, presumably through suction.
8.Verification of the existence of electromagnetic radiation over and around the animal.
9.Verification of the existence of unknown chemical compounds on the animals, impacting the carcasses span of preservation.
10.Discovery of bodies with severe burns (calcinations of the hard palate) both in digestive and respiratory tracts.
11.Discovery of unknown substances in the form of gelatinous drops over the carcasses, which could never be sampled. Why? Because when attempts were made to recover them, the substance changed its state to become liquid before crystallizing and vanishing altogether. This substance would be a necessary ingredient in the mutilations, with its impact depending on the degree of sublimation achieved.
12.Verification of the various preservation times, stretching up to 20 days before putrefaction sets in.
13.Verification through the use of clay ovens of temperatures of between 180 and 200 centigrade to cook meat from mutilated cattle, with 8 hours elapsing without the meat cooking at all, only emerging slightly toasted.
14.Discovery of carcasses showing signs of mutilation in various stages (up to 3 stages) in a short span of time.
15.Verification of the perfect preservation of a body in which 60% of its hide and hair were included, after a period of 3 years. Rigidity of the ocular orb due to exposure to a high source of light or heat.
16.Verification of extreme hardness in the hides, resulting from exposure to radiation.
17.Verification of states of deterioration and degradation caused in carcasses whose original position had been moved, without natural putrefaction ever occurring.
18.Verification of the existence of nearly conical imprints of unknown origin in the ground, proportionally distributed (with a depth of 15 cm, an upper diameter of 10 cm an a hexagonal format) and very close to the carcasses.
19.Discovery of carcasses beyond the perimeters of farms and ranches.
20.Discovery of animals in atypical postures: on their stomachs, on their backs (legs in the air), with depressions of 5-10 cm beneath them.
21.Verification of the existence of hematomas, internal bruising and fracturing in animals facts that would suggest the animals being hurled or dropped from a height.
22.Discovery of animals with blue and emerald-green eyes; others displaying signs of blindness.
23.Verification of the existence of incisions that suggest the use of hitherto unknown technologies.
24.Verification of the existence of a pathogen in various parts of the body, greenish-blue in coming and of unknown origin.
25.Verification of cattle mutilation in unborn specimens that were still within the cows wombs.
With regard to the draining of water tanks, it has been possible to find evidence of effects on sub-aquatic flora growing within the tank notorious changes in coloring, flattening and spiral shape, suggesting the possibility of their disappearance through suction.
The impact of burns on insects and toads within the same water tanks was also ascertained.
With regard to the condition of the pastures in locations where the mutilated cattle had been located, these areas showed a distinct change in coloration presumably resulting from the impact of electromagnetic radiation. The disappearance of microfauna was also observed.
The foregoing arises from the research conducted by Ciufos-La Pampa in over 300 cattle mutilation cases that have occurred in La Pampa and western Buenos Aires province. This was made possible through the collaboration and advice of experts from a number of fields of endeavor.
The first chemical compounds detected outside of Argentina in mutilation cases suggested the existence of Oxyndol in very high, atypical concentrations. It is believed that the sedative properties achieve positive results through gradual applications, rather than immediately, and would not produce severe burns such as the ones detected (except for unknown states of sublimation) and which would result in sudden death due to heart attack.
The cases from La Pampa and neighboring areas revealed the presence of formaldehyde— a chemical compound that manifests itself as a colorless gas with a penetrating odoron the animals. This chemical can be compressed until it achieves a liquid state.
Much like oxyndol, formaldehyde would lack the capacity to yield immediate effects with definite results, under normal circumstances. It can be lethal in higher concentrations. It has aseptic/disinfectant properties and is used in the preservation of samples and cadavers, and can produce skin, eye, nose and throat irritation in humans.
These pathologies were detected by witnesses and researchers alike when approaching the carcasses. Odors similar to ether and formaline were detected, and their presence would have kept vermin and carrion animals from coming close. It should be noted that in two specific cases of consumption of meat from mutilated animals, the flesh had an acid and bitter taste, and could only be eaten after boiling.
In one of the cases in which the parties involved are a witness and the pack of dogs he employees for small game hunting, [consumption of the meat] resulted in a soporific condition that went from 22:00 hours on one day to 17:00 hours the next, continuously.
Opinions posited by professional veterinarians at the time suggested that given the presence of formaldehyde, human involvement could not be dismissed. These chemical agents or compounds, having narcotic and preservative properties, provide a heightened degree of aspepsia which affected witnesses and researchers alike, causing them to manifest such pathologies as impact on the eyes and airways, allergies of undetermined origin, significant weight loss, alteration of melanin levels, lack of bodily stability, liver and intestinal trouble, hair loss, weight increase in muscular mass, intense muscular aches, alteration of normal values in clinical tests, etc. While the mutilation phenomenon centered largely on cattle, it has also affected horses, sheep, dogs, cats, hens, rabbits, domesticated pigs, wild pigs, deer, llamas, guanacos and even humans, as evidenced by the case histories.
Finally, it should be noted that there were specific cases in which the animals involved could survive [the mutilations] but had to be put down due to the extent of their injuries.
In closing, we can remark that the presence Intelligence with a thorough knowledge is at work. The existence of various stages of genetic manipulation would undoubtedly become evident as well.
