That's not quite what Corbett says in the video. While this seems to be a very good video (and it really is well worth the watch, Corbett paints the picture of this 'good and well meaning environmental movement' being usurped by big unnamed financial interests. That's where I have a problem. I don't believe that at the 'upper echelons', it was ever good or well meaning'. It always has been about control and deceit. When environmentalists went after DDT in the 60s, was this for good and well meaning reasons? Since then, millions have died as a result of malaria.... or can we justify that as being just unintended consequences. The second point in this video that is problematic is that it is wrong to pin the blame on some faceless and undefined 'corporate and financial interests' that have taken over the environmental movement. Those people are not business and corporate individuals that should be demonized...the CRU, Al Gore, David Suzuki and the whole damn crowd of them are flat out thugs... these people are more akin to mafia than business people as well as the aiding and abetting politicians who have decided that for their purposes, this is a wagon they want to be hitched to.
Exactly. I was President of the ecology club in HS back in the day...but this stuff now is just a big scam.

Having spent a decade telling people as much, it isn't much comfort to see people flock to the same "geniuses" that didn't have a clue back then. So, when are they going to consider a truly workable solution?

He ends with a long list of supposed serious environmental hazards that he wants government to investigate in order to eliminate the influence of "financiers" on environmentalism. He wants to reevaluate the studies that had corrupted data.
He is part of the immediate effort of the enviro-hacks to minimize the damage of the hacked emails.
I too was once duped by the environmental move-mint; as recently as 1989 I thought AGW was real. Five years later, I knew it for the vertically-integrated racket it is. I authored a book that was hand-carried into the White House by a Senator and thereafter filed for the first free-market environmental management business method patent that was granted only last July. In parallel, we have engaged in a twenty-year project restoring our land.
Still there is no traction. Yeah, it's frustrating watching the implosion, both economic and ecological. Just wait until it goes critical; the ecological damage will be even more horrific than the globalists and enviros have already inflicted.

I do beleive that there were perhaps some who went into the business with hte held belief that we were somehow destroying the world, and really wanted to, yea, beleived they would, discover evidence showing that- however, it should have becoem very apparent to them very quickly, that the evidence did NOT support that idea, and that the ‘man-caused’ global wamring issue was nothign but a scam based on informaiton that was NOT proven, was based on alarmism, and was based on false claims- MANY common lay people all over the world who spent any time at all investigating the claims KNEW that there was a scam goign on, and that the enviro-nut-scientists were scamming us- it was as plain as day- and you can’t tell me that practically every single evniroscientist was ‘fooled’ and beleived what they were being told- they HAD to know it was a scam- they HAD to know especially when they saw scientist after scientist confessing all along that they were being ousted because they didn’t agree with the conclusions, being pstracised, ridiculed, pressured and bullied. The ONLY ones that remained dedicated to ‘the cause’ were those who had an agenda that was in direct opposition to the actual evidence-

I spent 3 1/2 years writign a blog and tryign to get the facts out to people, investigating claims, showing hte evidence that contradicted the claims etc, and I’ll tell you- I became so frustrated that NOBODY was listening, that I simply gave up my blog because I thought the TRUTH would NEVER be revealed. I was in frequent contact with Marc Morano, corresponded a few times with Inhoffe, but it just seemed that there was no way this issue was ever goign to be brought to light because the mainstream media just refused to acknowledge the evidence refuting GW, and worse, they intimidated and harrassed and suppressed anyone that presented the truth- I had basically resigned myself to hte fact that the truth had lost
You can’t imagine how hopeful I am right now that this scam gets blown wide open- I hope I won’t be dissappointed by lack of action by the RNC/GOP and those who shoudl be at the forefront of this issue screamign from the rooftops and demanding that all those hwo shoul be prosecuted ARE prosecuted and brought to justice for scamming us and bullying us into relinquishing our hard earned money for a faud!
