the state law is what would determine whether or not she could be recalled. Some say that a recall is wasted time and effort.......not true....i organized one in our city, and although it did fail, the fear that was struck into the hearts of the politicians involved was priceless...just the threat of it makes them quiver...DO IT!!!!!

The U.S. Constitution says that each house of Congress is the sole judgge of the elections and qualifications of its memebrs, and that a 2/3 vote of the Senate is necessary to remove a senator. (Article I, section 5).

Wrong. Federal law trumps state law, and the US Constitution doesn't provide for the recall of US Senators. The only way to remove a Senator from office is by impeachment, or by a vote of the Senate to expel her.
