Will do. I am sure there are probably more incidents out there that got swept under the carpet because they may not have been as sensational...and even these they have tried to write off as something other than what they were.

You are welcome, and no problem. Like I have said, I believe there are more out there that weren’t so sensational as some of these others, and that have been swept under the carpet.
Let me offer some advice:
Get bent.
The reason we're talking about unaffilliated individuals carrying out attacks with handguns and cars instead of discussing strike teams with sarin or nukes is because "Bushie" dismantled Al Qaeda's command and operational structure with alacrity.
We have work to do as a society to deal with this problem, but it is moronic to blame the POTUS for not stopping one moron with a handgun from reading the koran. Tell me, how would Bush have stopped Bishra or the shooter in Seattle?

Excellent work, Jeff. You may want to add prevented attacks or keep them on a separate list. Certainly stuff like the plot to shhot up Cherryvale Mall in Illinois or the Fort Dix plot make your case just as well as times a gun was fired.

Any time that excuse is put forward it is the same as saying the so-called real terrorists, like the 9-11 murderers, are not insane or mentally disturbed. That they are sane and rational and therefore somehow justified in their actions.
I consider any politician or talking head that says that to be giving aid and comfort to the enemy. I have run out of patience to consider any mitigating factors for that treason.

But we discounted, wrote off, explained away (and the current admin is even worse) the propensity and likelihood of the essence of fundamental Ilsam to create the Sudden Jihad Syndrom amongst those here within our borders as the radcialize.
We have to address it and in order to do that, we have to officially recognize it and confront it. If an Imam, or a Mosque teaches Jihad against "infidels", or people who are not its members, it is no longer a "religion", it is a militant ideology and should have no "religious" protection.
