I wonder why Voinovich missed the vote...makes me wonder. I will give him the benefit of the doubt but it was an awfully important vote to miss.

Didn't matter ,, the rats needed 60 , one extra nay vote would be irrelevant.

That is true, but I find it very odd that he would would miss one of the most important votes of the year.
