Liz Cheney Running for President in 2012?

When Liz Cheney said “Think Cheney 2012″ on the last FOX News Sunday with Chris Wallace – the panel in the studio and lame stream media later assumed she was talking about her father – former VP Dick Cheney. Everybody took the bait – and got caught in… sexism. She did not say “Think Dick Cheney 2012”. It never occurred to the Good Ol’ Boys in the media that Liz Cheney was hinting about a possible run of a Cheney in 2012… like in “Liz Cheney 2012″. Why not? The lady is extremely smart and has a whooping resume that tops Hillary and Sarah if you put them together. Let’s take a look at who Liz Cheney really is .

Education: Bachelor’s degree from Colorado College. Senior thesis: “The Evolution of Presidential War Powers,” in 1988. J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1996, having also taken courses in Middle Eastern history at the Oriental Institute.

Seems to me she was looking into the Presidency ever since college.

.

So what is Liz Cheney doing now, you sexists? Is she baking cookies? May be, but she also is running a non-profit 501(c)4 organization, Keep America Safe. The purpose of the group is to support and defend policies of the Bush/Cheney administration which they believe will keep America safe.

Liz Cheney threw a major trial balloon on a major political show on a major network and nobody noticed? Take the challenge you guys! “Think Cheney 2012 – Think Liz!”

I think Liz Cheney is incredible.

I hadn’t given her thought as a presidential candidate, that might be going too far.

But as a Senator, she’d be cream of the crop.

Fantastic speaker and thinker.

Isn’t she gay?

If you have to post twice - she once was but now isn't.

Everything is square.

I dont know. After Obama plows America into the ground, the people may be willing to vote for any Republican. And that is the biggest threat to the GOP. The party may feel they can trot out anyone and we will vote for them because he isnt Obama.
We have to send a message that we will not tolerate any more RINOS. We wont vote for anyone because it was his turn to run. We want someone to stand up for the freedoms that made this land the envy of the known world. We need to drive that home. Sometimes the GOP snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. We have to remind them that they serve US>

what we need is an unconventional leader, not a conventional one. Liz will keep status quo. Palin will shake things up. Just look at Palin’s record in Alaska. I believe the first thing she will do is cut her own salary as President and reduce staff pay

Its Palin’s governing style which attracted me to her at first.

sorry, I don’t think Palin should play 2nd fiddle to anyone again. She shine when she’s free and not be shackled again. Plus Palin is more popular than Cheney
