I’m looking for land in northern Oklahoma (Texas is just too stinking hot) because I expect at least in my children’s lives to see a new country formed from Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana (maybe Arkansas too)
Those states will have such a mad rush for new residents that the traffic jam will be enormous!
