On 20 November 2009, emails and other documents, apparently originating from with the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia.

If real, these emails contain some quite surprising and even disappointing insights into what has been happening within the climate change scientific establishment. Worryingly this same group of scientists are very influential in terms of economic and social policy formation around the subject of climate change.

As these emails are already in the public domain, I think it is important that people are able to look through them and judge for themselves. Until I am told otherwise I have no reason to think the text found on this site is true or false. It is here just as a curiosity!

There are some excellent universities world wide that do not only seek money to stay employed but do have even handed staffs. It is just sad for so many years that those that are less then honorable have become established. My elder brother comes to mind. He is equitable, honorable and precise in his studies and teaching methods (use to mentor and teach PD level chemistry at a eastern well known university). He for one, a number of years back, over some wine after dinner with family made it clear to me the global warming issues where simple bull shit from an anthropogenic global warming viewpoint (C02).
There are many other like minded that can influence within their spheres which I am guessing are starting to get very pissed off at how some have tarnished the scientific community in some respects with this crap.
More will continue to ban together and eventually call the swine within their ranks and the political whores and downright socialist/commie/one world gov types out on this issue.
And I still hold out hope growing numbers of mostly stupid folks on both sides of the Hill (stupid as far as not being willing to closely investigate the science involved on a elementary level) will now gain numbers, and not allow a Cap and Trade Bill that will cripple the USA and henceforth act as the key catalyst for the rest of the world to cripple their economical engines etc., to take place.
We should take heart in the fact that zero has not been so eager to put up any horse shit act to support the goon squads across Europe. He let them down! Yea. He wants to save his ass...... he knows full well what a bunch of crap the anthropogenic global warming cause is at this point.
And he understands the citizens of America as well as other free western nations are starting to catch on....
Zero wants to be re-elected. Or at least survive one term.
It appears he will let clowns like Boxer to name one get raped over her idiotic stance. The Senate has the final say. The House morons can do their best to tear down the American industrial complex (what is truly left of it), but Senators like Inhofe are going to continue making it clear global warming science is not science but a ill conceived cause to undermine the western world's ability to prosper and literally survive in tack. And surely he and some others are starting to get the attention of the dudes and flussies on the Hill.
They love their plush easy jobs of doing much of nothing most of the time. Kerry must be soon made out to be the asshole he is, put in the same box as Al Gore. Peoples that stand to make huge amounts of money of Cap and Trade type legislation.

There is more here than meets the eye. To get that info one had to have root access - try to find email on your own computer using regular file search routines like Explore. Whoever got those files got a lot more than has been revealed so far. 60Mb is a couple of minutes of download.

This was done by either a dedicated person or a government. In either case I salute them. If it was an individual, I sure hope he covered his trail, because I'm sure they are searching.

Thanks. Obvious to you most probably is I have been out of work for quite a few hours. I can actually think a bit at this point.
Me writing anything to my two US Senators in PA, is most probably as waste of time. But I am considering a carefully worded not to long letter. Casey being a democrat and mostly social political whore but must consider the things that will happen to the good folks in PA in the coal districts to name one, and Specter, heaven knows where this clown really is other then trying to keep his plush Senate seat, may at least feel slightly guilty if some present them with solid facts along with references that cannot be disputed to be politically driven but simply enraged over how the global warming alarmist have been able to stay on top for so long.
Much of the world's freedom just may hinge on the actions or non-actions of the United State Senate over the next two years or so. Your stuck with Boxer. But she can be ignored in due time if enough Senators can be shown they had be very careful putting any faith in the validity of global warming issues.
Hate to stay it, but it would help if your state froze over for a few winters like it has never did before.
When people are freezing their whatever's off, their minds may revert to some common sense.

I am unsure as to what you are saying here. The emails reveal many problems including, suppression, collusion, and even tax evasion.
