I agree that conservatives should coalesce behind one candidate, Lowery. Too many people think that Hughes is the best conservative, in that race, because he’s the richest. That didn’t help Jim Oberweis.
Except Oberweis wasn’t a Conservative. That flipflopping RINO phony was as credible as Slick Willard, and as viscerally repulsive to the base as they come. Only someone as awful as he could blow a safe Republican Congressional district.
