It's gonna get passed, if it takes them another year....they can't wait until 2010, and risk loss of TOTAL control of Congress after the elections, and since it ain't their money, they don't care how much payoff's and buyouts are necessary to get the votes to pass it.

The closer 2010 gets, the lower the likelihood of passage. Dems are scared for their jobs. Obama’s “savior” status apparently had the coattails for ONE big bill ... he blew it on the stimulus. The stimulus blew up in his face, and he squandered his goodwill. Everything else is DOA ... cap-and-trade, Obamacare, immigration. He’s a 9-month lame duck.
