How exactly will that work with the Supreme Court’s moratorium on executions in New York State?The trial is in FEDERAL court, not NY State Court. (Not that I approve of it.)

Its a federal trial held in NY state. We have a federal death penalty. NY state law will not apply. Several terrorists have been convicted in NY previosly in federal court.
