Exclusive: Jobs 'Saved or Created' in Congressional Districts That Don't Exist

Here's a stimulus success story: In Arizona's 15th congressional district, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending. At least that's what the Web site set up by the Obama administration to track the $787 billion stimulus says. There's one problem, though: There is no 15th congressional district in Arizona; the state has only eight districts. And ABC News has found many more entries for projects like this in places that are incorrectly identified. Late Monday, officials with the Recovery Board created to track the stimulus spending, said the mistakes in crediting nonexistent congressional districts were caused by human error. "We report what the recipients submit to us," said Ed Pound, Communications Director for the Board. Pound told ABC News the board receives declarations from the recipients - state governments, federal agencies and universities - of stimulus money about what program is being funded.

Over 11 million of our tax dollars are said to have been spent to save slightly over 100 jobs! If that was not ridiculous enough, the Feds claim to have given money to areas of Florida that do not exist. Florida has 25 Congressional Districts!!! Where is district 00? How about 88?

Where did this money go? Who had their palms greased? How stupid does this administration think we are?

Maybe our RINO Governor should be answering these questions; he stood on stage and supported Obama’s stimulus scheme and all it would do for Florida. Maybe Charlie can explain to us, the tax payers, how over 11 million of our tax dollars were spent in areas of Florida that do not exist!!!

That's okay, he's got a master plan to rile up the conservatives and then sic the Army on them with "no prisoners" orders (he probably doesn't know that the U.S. Army does not fight under a black flag -- that's for lusers like Santa Anna).

And his Master of Implementation, his Richelieu, is right there in the Oval Orifice (so named in honor of DIRTXPOTUS), in the person of Rahm Emanuel, Obama's very own staff emulator of The Beast Rabban.
