I could not agree with you more. Unfortunately, I believe that it will take a large scale act of terror, on par with or greater than 9/11, to get these cowards to understand that we ARE at war.
I just finished reading a book called “Extreme Measures” by Vince Flynn last evening and I was amazed and frightened. Amazed because this book was written over a year ago and is nearly prescient with today’s events. Frightened because it looks like a lot more Americans will have to die before we admit there is a problem with radical Islam.
In my mind, we should always extend Geneva to those who reciprocate, but for those who do not, we should drop the hammer without giving it a second thought.
