Miranda rights are supposedly established under the Constitution. Is Obama claiming the authority of the US Constitution extends to foreign countries? If not, under what authority does he submit they have those rights?
The authority vested in him BECAUSE HE WON and he wants to blame and bash Bush and suck up to the crony U.N. and socialist Europe/Russia/China that hates us anyway and talk down our country and put Bush/Cheney/ and the CIA on trial.

Exactly...we’re operating in a foreign country. How do our laws apply? LOL, I think we should turn all our prisoners over to the afgans/paks. If its anything like IRQ the police will give them a good beat down and then send them off to jail (which is almost a death sentence).
