Says to me that Hill is staking out the territory to the right of Zero for 2012 - and possibly also saying (to her credit) I won’t be part of the demonize-Palin crowd.

On the other hand it could be a trap. They would meet, then Hillary would simply say "I met her and she's dumber than I thought"... the MSM would make that headline news for months.

I suspect that much like international summits, these sort of political summits are not left to chance. The staffs work out ahead of time what the outcome is going to be, who says what, etc.
