So if Reid pushes for the nuclear option and this travesty is signed into law, what are the chances of its Constitutionality being challenged, and overturned by the USSC?

The use of a so-called "nuclear option" is outside of the court's purview. It just isn't a constitutional question. Instead, it's a question of whether the Senate followed its own rules -- something only the Senate is competent to decide.

I’m not talking about the Constitutionality of Senate rules, I’m talking about the whole damn bill!

It would appear that might be the only other thing we can do.
