With your vote for the wholly UNCONSTITUTIONAL death care bill last night (and why so late, are you all cowards in the house of horrors?), you have effectively declared war on the people of the United States. You SWORE an oath to uphold that sacred document, and yet, you use it as toilet paper at every turn.

I live and work in this city, the one that you puport to represent, and I can assure you that your constituents are ANGRY, sir. You have desecrated your oath to uphold the US Constitution, and have declared war on the good people of this great nation. I assure you, sir, that we are doing everything in our power to send YOU to the unemployment line next November. This tyranny will not stand, sir. You have declared war upon the citizens of the United States. Notice has been served.

can’t picture myself preparing for war against americans for political reasons. I would feel like I am contributing to the problem.

Polical reasons are the only reasons I would consider going to war. Sometime taking away my freedoms - financial, speech, liberty (related to my not having insurance) - are the best reasons to fight. Our forefathers did exactly the same.

Yep, I was rooting for more no’s and a bit disappointed at that same point. But that is just the first step on the long ladder for them, and that anti-abortion amendment the choicers (pro-abort) had to swallow was incredible. I cant imagine they will let that in the final bill.
