They could easily pass a bill that forces a physician see everyone in their scope of practice.
It would be very hard to for them dictate how many patients with major medical problems thay can see.
You could schedule these patients a year out and only see a small few at a time that you could “squeeze” in your schedule.
Physicians are not slaves- if you try to dictate the terms of employment- this would be a Supreme Court case.
Slavery is currently outlawed.

That's true, but they will not allow physicians to exercise such free choice on what patients to see that it would prevent their grand socialized medicine scheme from working. When it really becomes socialized medicine, the physicians are basically salaried and work for the government.

And, it depends upon who's on the court when such cases might arrive there, how many Obama appointees, and who they replaced.

It's a matter of degree, but these little Stalins will come up with schemes to require physicians to be part of the new system, if it's ever enacted.
