So I guess when a 80 year old with a hip fracture needs a hip replacement to fix the fracture- my husband ( who is a surgeon) will have to tell the patient- SORRY. JUST LIVE WITH THE PAIN AND BE BEDRIDDEN BECAUSE MEDICARE WILL NOT PAY FOR IT BECAUSE OF HEALTH CARE REFORM.

You’re correct. And if the 80yr old person has a cancer that would benefit from radiation, forget about it. Morphine drip. It’s much cheaper (sarcasm)
