Wishful thinking. We thought McCain-Feingold was unconstitutional as well, buts its stuck around.
Kill it now, kill it dead. it will destroy American freedom and prosperity.
Things will be killed.
But McCain-Feingold passed because it had enough bipartisan support. But I would also have oved to see this thing die before ANY opportunity for the Senate to pass it!
I can only pray that a miracle happens now.
