what is a ping list... this isn't the first time I've researched free republic, but i just created an account on here so I'm not to familiar with how it works....
A ping list is a compilation of names of people interested in a particular topic. The Navair pinglist is for people interested in naval aviation. There are also lists for states, WOT, second amendment rights etc. etc... Everyone on the list is pinged to articles of interest.
To get on one, simply ask by posting to or FReepmailing (mail at the top of the page or private reply) the person who holds the list. That would be me if you wanted on the Navair list.
