I would say we should apply the hate crimes statute and jack his sentence for attacking people for not being Muslim, or use the terrorism statutes. But it doesn’t matter since the Army will give him the needle for what he did anyway.
He probably planned to kill himself when it was over, but that officer stopped his plans. Now we get to finish the job.
