I hope the bill fails, obviously, or that the Dems pull it back. However, it seems to me, that with 70% or so of the American people opposed to the bill, and the House GOP unanimous in opposition, the RCCP should announce NOW that EVERY GOP candidate in 2010 will run on a platform of voting to overturn the bill, if passed in any form..Make it a one issue race for House seats..we can’t lose..

Sure, politically that is a great strategy but this is too important for raw politics. If the bill passes, no future GOP Congress can successfully repeal this as long as Obama is president, b/c he’ll veto it and there will never be the votes to override.

Not just one issue, though - to overturn the health care bill, the cap and trade bill, the amnesty bill,.... what am I missing?
