Since it happened on Fort Hood, I think it will be handled by the UCMJ. He’ll probably die at Fort Leavenworth, whether by execution or natural causes. My guess is execution.

I recently saw a movie...”The Hurt Locker” It's a story about a bomb disposal group in Iraq. There is a scene in the movie where a jihadi is shooting at the guy who was trying to disarm a bomb. The jihadi gets wounded in the exchange of gunfire. A corpsman has the jihadi laid out and has an IV in the guy. The captain walks by and the corpsman says that he has the jihadi stabilized and hes going to make it. The captain says no he will not make it, corpsman says yes he will, he is stabilized. Captain pulls out his 9MM and shoots the jihadi in the head and tells the corpsman “He tried to kill one of my men”.

This is right out of the Weathermen, read Bill Ayers, playbook. They planned to do the same thing at Fort Dix. I was stationed there around that time. I was also stationed at Fort Hood with my family and this one really cuts.

Terrorists of any stripe aren't stupid they know where the soft underbelly is and the soft underbelly isd where folks can't shoot back. Like stateside military bases, colleges and any other place where Americans can't carry.

All kidding aside, it is an excellent movie. It has you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole movie. Highly recommended.
